Approval is conditioned upon substantial compliance with the site plan submitted with the variance application. 2. A Stormwater Inspection and Maintenance Agreement shall be completed and recorded with the Cobb County Superior Court prior to issuance of the pool permit. 3. A stormwater as-built certification statement shall be submitted to Community Development for approval prior to issuance of the Certificate of Completion. 4. Due to proximity of the stream, double row silt fence shall be required. Silt fence installation shall not encroach into the 25-foot State undisturbed stream buffer. 5. Prior to any land disturbance, the 25-foot State undisturbed stream buffer shall be staked and an Environmental Inspector with the City shall inspect and approve erosion control BMP placement and installation. Chairperson Garland asked if the last two stipulations are just during construction phase? Ms. Crowe confirmed and clarified that those are part of the mitigation efforts. Mark Wolff, City Engineer, stated his team has reviewed the application and it meets all requirements for mitigation. Board Member Worthy asked if the turf installation process is what triggers further mitigation requirements. Mr. Wolff stated that turf has to have certain drainage and rocks and their pervious levels. Those need to be reflected. Brandy Weldy, applicant, understands and agrees to the five stipulations read into record. A public hearing was called, and no one came forward in favor of or in opposition to this item. The public hearing was closed. Board Member Dustin Davey made a motion to approve item V26-061; seconded by Board Member Andrea Worthy. Ms. Weldy, applicant, stated she understands and agrees to the five stipulations read into record. A public hearing was called, and no one came forward in favor of or in opposition to this item.
