The Work indicated by this Design is outside of the current scope of the Work and constitutes a change. As requested in the attached email from CROY , RY is to provide final pricing for the ADA parking lot design on the attached sketch. CE originates from City request to CROY to meet ADA requirements at T ennis Court Parking Lot which are not currently met in its existing conditions. CROY originally notified RY of these changes on 7/10 and provided Bulletin Sketch of the first iteration of this design for pricing. RY was later informed that a final design was to come. Final Design was issued to RY 7/22. On 7/23, per phone conversations with CROY , this CE was to be presented to City as a PCCO. This was later confirmed by CROY per 7/24 email. This Final Design is approved by City and is the final iteration of this design. Revised drawings C-300 & C-500 includes the additional Work described below - see backup documents.
