The county produces new arial
photography each year. We occasionally
need to update protions of our arial
photography due to either expansion of
the city's boundaries, or major
projects that make significant changes
to an area of the city. This money is
needed to fund those purchases from the
county.

A/V switcher in the Council Chamber
The programming of the Crestron unit
used in the Council Chamber is no
longer adequate and does not work well
with the newer devices. This will
replace the existing programming with
new code allowing for better
functionality of the system.

Microsoft Office is used by every
computer user in the city. For the past
three years, we have used a combination
of license levels, with a combination
of older perpetual licensing loaded on
computers and O365 subscription
licensing. Our perpetual licenses are
no longer supported, and either need to
updated or replaced with O365 licenses.
Using all O365 insures everyone has the
same software and capability.

This is a subscription to software that
allows us to run system vulnerability
scans on our hardware. We need to
periodically test our systems for know
vulnerabilities, allowing us to correct
those systems before they can be
compromised.
