Bathroom Remodel Library $300,000 
Public bathrooms at the Library are showing their age and do not meet ADA requirements. This 
project will provide for new tile, stalls, fixtures and plumbing.

Playgrounds: Repairs and Maintenance Parks Maintenance $150,000 
This new project will serve as a fund to cover various repairs and maintenance across all parks in 
the City. This will give the department the ability to address aging playgrounds and provide funds 
to stay in compliance with a preventative replacement schedule.  
 
Parking Resurfacing/Paving Parks Maintenance $30,000 
 Several parking lots in the park system need to be resurfaced and repainted. This includes 
Tolleson, Riverline, Jonquil, and Chuck Camp parks. This project will address immediate needs at 
these parks and provide funding to make other necessary repairs as they arise.

Structural Firefighting Gear Replacement Fire $79,000 
This project will fund the replacement of structural firefighting gear for each firefighter assigned 
to the Response division. This will improve the safety and response readiness of our Fire 
personnel.

Green Energy Projects Facilities $800,000 
This is a recurring project that focuses on various energy improvements, including HVAC 
replacement, lighting, and generators.
