 D. 2026-007 Approval of the Special Event Permit for Smyrna Pride to hold the Annual 
Pride Festival in the Smyrna Market Village on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 11:00 
AM to 5:00 PM, including approval for the closure of W. Spring Street from Atlanta 
Road to King Street and King Street from Bank Street to Stephens Street on Saturday, 
June 13, 2026, from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM; and authorization for The Vineyard Wine 
Market and Smyrna Village Bourbon & Cigar Bar to operate a beer, wine, and liquor 
mobile bar during festival hours; and authorization for the vendor to seek the required 
Special Event Permit through the Community Development Office and Alcohol Sales 
approval through the State of Georgia.
