City of Smyrna-Trust for Public Land Subaward Amount: USD $70,000 Project Completion Date: August 31, 2031 Federal Assistance Listing: 14.251 Economic Development Initiative, Community Project Funding, and Misc. Grants FAIN: B-23-CP-GA-0475 5 assign appropriate representatives to meet and make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute. Should such efforts fail to resolve the dispute, the parties may engage a mutually agreed upon external third- party to facilitate a resolution to the dispute. 14. Termination. The Subaward and this Agreement may be terminated, in whole or part pursuant to 2 CFR 200.340. 15. Modifications. This Agreement may be modified only by mutual consent of the parties, and by issuance of a written amendment signed by both parties hereto. 16. Authorized Representatives. By signature below, each party certifies that the individuals listed in this document as representatives of the City and the Subrecipient are authorized to act on behalf of their respective entities. 17. Multiple Originals/Electronic Signatures. Electronic signatures of or on behalf of either party to this Agreement shall be effective for all purposes, including delivery, as an original. This Agreement may be executed in multiple originals, which shall be deemed to be one document.
