Citywide ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: The City of Smyrna requested proposals for the design and installation of various types and sizes of signage at multiple city locations. The new signage will reflect Smyrna’s updated logo and color palette. Seven (7) proposals were received on June 30, 2025, and were reviewed by an evaluation team, including staff from Economic Development, Community Development, Community Services, Engineering, and Public Works. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Economic Development and Purchasing recommend authorization to award RFP 25-024 Updated City Signage to Commercial Signs (3548 Atlanta Road, Smyrna, GA 30080) for $173,961.00 to be paid from the General Fund and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
