Call to Order Mayor Pro Tem Tim Gould called to order the June 2, 2025 Special Called Meeting of the Mayor and Council – FY2026 Budget Approval held at A. Max Bacon City Hall in Council Chambers at 6:03 PM. 3. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance 4. Formal Business A. ATH2025-095 Authorization for the approval of the City of Smyrna’s FY2026 Budget. Citywide Kirstin Robinson, Deputy City Administrator, stated that the required public hearing for the FY 2026 proposed budget was held on May 19, 2025 and it has been published in the Marietta Daily Journal as required. Councilmember Rickey N. Oglesby, Jr. made a motion to approve item ATH2025-095; seconded by Councilmember Charles Welch.
