Ward 3 Councilmember - Travis Lindley ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: This request is necessary due to the existing infrastructure on the property that never had proper easements granted during the installation of the infrastructure. This will allow the City of Smyrna to be able to access and maintain its water meter and necessary infrastructure that is located off the right-of-way. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works recommends approval of the proposed request for the City of Smyrna to be able to service and maintain its infrastructure
