(Staff Supports) The zoning amendment does not require modification of the Future Land Use Plan from MEDR (Medium Density Residential). Community Development has reviewed the proposed zoning amendment and believes the changes meet the intent of the plan approved for rezoning and should have no negative impact to the adjacent properties. Additionally, the setback reductions are necessary due to the right-of way dedication required for the lots facing Campbell Road.
