Sean Murphy who is also working on this stated this project has been one of the best experiences he has had when working in the city. Mayor Pro Tem Gould mentioned one concern was stormwater runoff. He asked the applicant to speak about how they will eliminate the impact of future stormwater runoff – tie the downspouts of the three homes on the right into the detention facility. Sean Murphy stated that the detention pond is able to handle all of the houses. The variance asks for 55% to capture surface water at the street or moves into swale along the back lots and into the detention pond.
