Oglesby Jr. (Ward 7) 2800 King Street SE | Smyrna GA 30080 | (678) 631-5000 Contract Extension Agreement RFP 24-029 – Public Art Consulting Services This Contract Extension Agreement is entered into by and between the City of Smyrna, Georgia (“City”) and Designing Local, Ltd. (“Consultant”) to extend the agreement originally entered into on April 22, 2024, pursuant to RFP 24-029 – Public Art Consulting Services. WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant entered into an agreement dated April 22, 2024, for the provision of public art consulting services, which expired on April 22, 2025; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to extend the term of the agreement for an additional one (1) year, with the extension being effective retroactively from April 23, 2025; NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: 1. Extension Term: The agreement is hereby extended for one (1) additional year, effective April 23, 2025, and continuing through April 22, 2026. 2. Compensation: The total compensation for services provided during the extension term shall not exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($25,000.00). 3. Effect of Extension: Except as modified herein, all other terms and conditions of the original agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
