flow is going in the correct direction and will prevent contamination.
Public Works Restroom Addition Facilities $25,000
Existing restroom facility at the Public Works Complex are inadequate. This deficiency causes
work delays and overall inefficiency. This project will expand the restrooms to address the issue.
Green Energy Projects Facilities $1,000,000
This is a recurring project that focuses on various energy improvements, including HVAC
replacement, lighting, and generators.
City Water Heater Replacement Facilities $50,000
This project will proactively replace water heaters at the end of their 7-10 year life cycle, which
can prevent damage to city buildings from issues like flooding.
Leak Detection Facilities $75,000
This project will implement a leak protection system that shuts down all potable water in a
building whenever a leak is detected. This is an expansion of a similar system already installed in
City Hall.
Bridge Repairs and Maintenance Hwys & Streets $175,000
