Smyrna Museum FY 2026 Major Goals & Objectives 
 
• Develop and support program(s) for Semi quincentennial 
• Expand travel trunk(s) to schools 
• Finish Collections Policy/plan 
• Implement docent program 
• Continue to professionally catalog the Museum’s collections. 
 
Performance Measures 
• Increase museum visitation numbers.  
• Increase museum volunteers and docents.  
• Complete another internship with a local college student. 
• Catalog another 250 artifacts in CatalogIt.
