It was explained that the enterprise fund adequately funds that. • Why are there still park lighting funds? Mrs. Robinson explained that there is still part of Tolleson that needs to be addressed. • Why are there $9M for cameras? Mrs. Robinson explained that most of it is for Flock and the 911 phones system as well as radio upgrades. Also included is the citywide security access to buildings. Councilmember Lindley asked if there were funds dedicated to the downtown redevelopment. He also would like to see public facing documents as it relates to the chapel. Mrs. Robinson explained that there is a $500K bond and further information in the documents distributed to council. Councilmember Wilkinson asked about the Lattanzi Field concession building. Mayor Norton explained that the two-story building that hold the press box is separating from the main building, so it will be torn down and rebuilt as a one-story building. Councilmember Wilkinson also mentioned that she would like to see more funds go toward connectivity of trails. Mayor Norton discussed the 2022 SPLOST overages. Mrs. Robinson said that Cobb County will hold two meetings for the public. She stated that the county recommends the city hold two meetings. The list would be adopted at the second meeting. The SPLOST list will be released at the appropriate time as lawfully prescribed. 5. Executive Session (As Needed) 6.
