Grant (CDBG) PY22 Subrecipient Agreement No: CD22-C22SA-F to extend the 
termination date for the agreement to March 31, 2025 and authorize the Mayor to sign 
and execute all related documents.

11.  Ward and Staff Reports 
 
Councilmember Glenn Pickens wished all a happy new year and thanked 
all who came to the wards 1, 3, and 6 town hall meeting last night. He is 
looking forward to the April joint ward meeting. 
  
 Councilmember Latonia P. Hines stated she is excited that tickets will go 
on sale Monday, January 13 for the Black History Month program. She 
said there will be a theatrical production and dinner. 
  
 Councilmember Travis Lindley wished all a happy new year. He said 
there was a good showing with good next steps at the joint town hall. He 
is looking forward to the retreat. He gave a huge thanks to staff during 
the holidays.
