A. V26-073 Public Hearing - Variance Request - V26-073 - Allow new construction on lot of
record below minimum requirements - Land Lot 449 - 2739 Fraser Street - Kevin Rucker
Ward 3 Councilmember - Travis Lindley
Vice Chair Richard Garland made a motion to approve item V26-073; seconded by Board
Member Dustin Davey.
The motion to approve carried with the following vote:
