August 12, 2026 10:00 AM City of Smyrna License and Variance Board Meeting 2800 King Street SE Council Chambers Page 3 of 3 Clara Hodges, Plan Reviewer, stated that the property at 3928 Cloudland Drive is below the 35% impervious requirements sitting at around 22%. Both 3928 and 3940 Cloudland Drive are on sanitary sewer, not septic. The public hearing was close at 10:09 AM. Board Member Andrea Worthy made a motion to approve item V26-072; seconded by Board Member Eric Mohrmann. The motion to approve carried with the following vote: Aye: 3 – Chairperson Jones, Board Member Worthy, Board Member Mohrmann Nay: 0 – None Recuse: 0 – None 5. Approval of Minutes A.
