This is to acquire a new MDM system
that can manage city owned cell phone
devices and tablets. This will also
include anti-virus software that can
protect those mobile devices.
Annual Subscription to install a 1.00 40,000.00 40,000.00
traffic preemption system that gives
emergency vehicles priority at
signalized intersections. Starting with
fire apparatuses, the system will help
reduce response times, improve safety,
and ensure clearer travel paths during
emergencies.
A traffic preemption system enhances
emergency response by allowing public
safety vehicles to move through
intersections more quickly and safely.
This investment supports faster service
delivery and complements ongoing
modernization of the city’s traffic
signal infrastructure. The rollout will
begin with the Fire Department and
expand to the Police Department over
the next few years as the system is
implemented citywide.
ADA Website Compliance Review Software 1.00 15,000.00 15,000.00
ADA Website Compliance Review Software
is needed to meet new federal ADA Title
II requirements effective April 24,
2026, which mandate accessible websites,
digital documents, and online services.
Our website contains hundreds of pages,
PDFs, videos, and other content that
must be individually evaluated for WCAG
compliance—a process currently slow and
laborintensive. Automated compliance
software will continuously scan content,
identify issues, and ensure ongoing
accessibility, reducing staff workload
and helping the City maintain required
legal standards.
