There are no projects recommended for funding in FY 2027. 
Total FY 2027 Recommended Funding for E-911 CIP $0 
Water/Sewer CIP 
AMI Meter Replacement Water Distribution $2,000,000 
This project will replace current water meters and AMI smart meters, which provide automated 
readings and produce data reports for the utility billing employees.  
Drainage Improvements Water Distribution $316,000 
This annually recurring project funds miscellaneous drainage improvements. These include routine 
repairs and maintenance as well as curbs and gutters, sidewalks and catch basins, and other 
drainage structures.  
Lead and Copper Inventory Water Distribution $200,000 
This is an EPA mandated project to provide safe water by ensuring the quality of lead and copper. It 
is a multi-year project that will be completed in 3 phases: testing, inventory and information to the 
public, and replacement.  
Infrastructure Improvements Water Distribution $3,471,000 
This annually recurring project funds miscellaneous infrastructure improvements. These include 
routine repairs and maintenance as well as upgrades to the City’s water and sewer mains, services, 
sewer lift stations, manholes, and valves.

Storm Water CIP 
Storm Water Projects Storm Water $1,540,000 
This annually recurring project funds miscellaneous storm water infrastructure improvements. 
These include routine repairs and maintenance as well as upgrades to storm water piping and 
structures.
