Removed from CIP schedule. Recommended to use 2016 SPLOST.
Traffic Signal Improvements Engineering $250,000
Removed FY27. Future years still remain in CIP schedule.
Detention Pond Maintenance Engineering $100,000
Removed FY27. Future years still remain in CIP schedule.
Security Camera Installation Env Svcs $35,000
Removed from CIP schedule. Recommended to incorporate in IT’s city-wide camera replacement.
Buildings & Facilities Asset Management Plan Facilities $150,000
Pushed one year. Recommended to gather data for future project and potentially look at more affordable
alternatives.
Roof Assessments, Repairs, & Replacements Facilities $175,000
Removed FY27. Utilize existing CIP funds.
City Building Backflow Testing and Replace Facilities $25,000
Removed from CIP schedule. Recommended to request for operating budget.
Electrical Mapping of City Buildings Facilities $50,000
Removed from CIP schedule. Recommended to complete project in-house.
Spray Foam Insulation Facilities $50,000
Pushed back one year. Recommended to develop list of planned projects and resubmit if necessary.
Backup and Recovery System IT $90,000
Removed FY27, which was approved for completion during FY26.
Wi-Fi Access Point Upgrade IT $70,000
