3. Review of Current M&C Agenda
PRE2025-018 Review of the Mayor and Council Meeting Notice and Agenda for May 19,
2025.
Mayor Derek Norton reviewed the Mayor and Council agenda.
Brief discussion took place concerning the budget for the surface parking lot and sports lighting.
4. Other Business / Staff Comment
Councilmember Oglesby stated he receives phone calls every day about the Juneteenth
Festival.
Councilmember Hines mentioned the Cobb Landmark presentation to Smyrna for the Fanny
Williams project.
Councilmember Wilkinson stated that she has been contacted by someone about a gas station
proposal, and that they may be present to speak at the meeting tonight.
Councilmember Lindley commended staff for Rebuild Together Atlanta program.
