Chairperson Joel Powell called to order the October 13, 2025 Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting held at A. Max Bacon City Hall in Council Chambers at 6:00 PM.

age restricted multi-family development with 56 units at a density of 43 units per acre - Land
Lot 519 - 1.3 acres - 1185 Belmont Avenue - VG Cairn Point Smyrna, LP
The applicant requests to table to the November 10, 2025 meeting.

Commission Member Charles Phillips made a motion to table item Z25-014 to the
November 10, 2025 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting; seconded by Commission
Member Michael Seagraves.
