AGR2025-048 Approval of the 2025- 2026 Front Yard Tree Program Campaign by Trees Atlanta in Partnership with the City of Smyrna. Citywide Councilmember Susan Wilkinson made a motion to approve item AGR2025-048; seconded by Councilmember Rickey N. Oglesby Jr. The motion to approve carried with the following vote: Aye: 5 – Councilmember Hines, Councilmember Welch, Councilmember Wilkinson, Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Gould, Councilmember Oglesby Nay: 0 – None Absent: 2 – Councilmember Pickens, Councilmember Lindley 10. Consent Agenda Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Tim Gould made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented; seconded by Councilmember Charles Welch.
