(5353 North Lake Drive, Morrow, GA 30260) as part of the citywide annual resurfacing contract (RFQ 25-021) in an amount not to exceed $869,176.20 and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all documents. F. 2025-311 Approval of associated temporary road closures for the purpose of the Campbell High School Homecoming Parade on Thursday, October 9, 2025 with parade staging to begin as early as 3:00 pm and the parade beginning at 5:00 pm on a route approved by the Smyrna Police Department. Ward 3 Councilmember - Travis Lindley This item was approved on the Consent Agenda. III. Oglesby, Jr. congratulated Shiloh Seventh Day Adventist and Pastor Thomas on their 37th anniversary. He will be speaking at their anniversary event on Saturday. He also wished his daughter, Bailey, a happy 10th birthday. Mayor Derek Norton added that on October 9, 2025, the Support Smyrna Southern Nights Gala will take place in conjunction with Smyrna Vinings Lifestyle Magazine at the Reed House. Tickets can be purchased online. 13. Adjournment Mayor Derek Norton adjourned the September 8, 2025 Mayor and Council meeting at 7:33 PM.
