The motion to approve carried with the following vote: Aye: 6 – Councilmember Pickens, Councilmember Hines, Councilmember Lindley (virtual), Councilmember Wilkinson, Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Gould, Councilmember Oglesby Nay: 0 – None Recuse: 1 – Councilmember Welch 10.
