 A. COW2025-070 Project Updates 
 
 
Richard Garland, Community Services Administartor, provided the following updates: 
  
 Creatwood Park – Project Completed 
  
 Riverline Park Splash Pad  
• Building & site electrical conduit layout 
• Pour building slabs 
• Pour splashpad slab 
• Go vertical 
• Anticipated Completion: December 2025 
 
 Village Green Bathroom & Playground  
• Anticipated completion is next month 
• Bubblers and fan jets will be added for different water features 
• Lighting will also be added for nighttime lighting 
 
 Tolleson Park Aquatics  
• Complete Demo 
• Grade out to pad ready site 
• S.H. Creel has been hired to complete sire preparations in conjunction with Public 
Works 
• Design work ongoing, targeting late fall for bid package 
• Anticipated completion is April 2027 
 
 Tolleson Park Bridge Replacement (SPLOST)  
• S.H. Creel is being recommended by staff for the project. 
 
 Rose Garden Park Pavilion and Playground (CDBG)  
• Foresite is completing final Construction Documents. 
• Anticipated date to open project for bids is Fall of 2025. 
 
 Tiverview Park Trail (TPL)  
• Formal agreement signed between City and TPL. Construction to begin this 
summer. 
 
 Architectural Services  
• Interviews with qualifying firms are being conducted. 
Library Bathrooms  
• Ongoing
