April 4, 2025 City of Smyrna 2800 King Street Smyrna, Georgia 30080 Dear Robert Early, We would like to express our gratitude for entrusting us with the maintenance of your HVAC system, your current agreement with Maxair is scheduled to auto renew on June 3oth, 2025. We are proposing a 4% increase in which costs are provided below: Current Maintenance Agreement: $201,042 New Maintenance Agreement: $209,084 Renewed Maintenance Agreement will go into effective on July 1st,2025.
