MIN2026-161 Approval of the August 3, 2026 Pre-Council Meeting Minutes This item was approved on the Consent Agenda. B. MIN2026-163 Approval of the August 3, 2026 Mayor and Council Meeting Minutes This item was approved on the Consent Agenda. C. ATH2026-104 Authorization to amend the previously approved road closure for the Smyrna Public Safety Foundation and Vineyard Wine Market Jazz Under the Stars event on Saturday, November 7, 2026, to include the closure of King St. from Bank St. to Stephens St. in front of City Hall.
