 A. ATH2026-093 Authorization to purchase a 2027 Ford F-550 4x4, 6.7L Diesel Osage 
Super Warrior Type I (transport capable rescue) in the amount of $480,000.00 to be 
purchased from Ten-8 Fire and Safety (1591 Collier Rd. Forsyth, Ga.) using the 
Florida Sheriffs Bid (FSA25-VEF19.0 Fire Rescue Vehicle, Boats & Equipment Item 
258), funded by the Vehicle Replacement Fund, and allow finance to amend the 
budget appropriately and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related 
documents. This item was tabled from the July 20, 2026 and August 3, 2026 
Mayor and Council meetings at the request of Council.  
Citywide 
 
Councilmember Charles Welch made a motion to approve item ATH2026-093; 
seconded by Councilmember Travis Lindley. 
 
The motion to approve carried with the following vote:
