Every one of our retirement plan agreements includes a Privacy Notice that clearly outlines how (if at all), information about retirement plan clients and their participants will be handled. If you are reading this, you know that OneDigital provides much more than just retirement plan investment management. We work with plan’s participants on creating individualized/personalized financial plans, offering educational and financial wellness serv ices, setting up individual retirement accounts, and more. By their nature, providing these services requires us to access and occasionally share sensitive information. But, as stated in our Privacy Notice, we do so only after getting your permission. We n ever sell, share, or disclose any nonpublic personal information to unaffiliated third-party marketing companies! In addition, while handling any sensitive data, we follow strict cybersecurity procedures and utilize industry leading Cloud Security, Infrastructure Security, and Network Security systems.
