SUBJECT: Recommendation – RFP 25-025 Tolleson Park Bridge & Trail Improvements
The City of Smyrna requested proposals for Tolleson Park Bridge & Trail Improvements. The
project includes the demolition and replacement of a concrete sidewalk and two (2) pedestrian
bridges with associated grading improvements. This project is funded by SPLOST and managed
by Foresite Group, LLC.
Nine (9) proposals were received on Monday, June 30, 2025. Following evaluation of relevant
experience, methodology, approach, staffing, and references the recommended firm is the low
bidder, S.H. Creel Contracting, LLC in the amount of $329,270.00.
