Board Member Worthy stated that she would like Mr. Maryland to acknowledge that
should the city need to make any improvements on that road, because their property

if the city needed to improve the entrance into Brinkley Park, it could impact his building.
Mr. Maryland stated he understands.

Chairperson Jones asked what kind of garage door he would have. Mr. Maryland stated
the garage door would be automatic. Chairperson Jones asked that the garage door being
automatic be added as an additional stipulation. Chairperson Jones also stated he would
like to stipulate that an additional survey be completed for the slab and it be staked before
any concrete is poured. Mr. Maryland stated he is in agreement with the additional
stipulations.
