Chairperson Mikes Jones called to order the March 11, 2026 License and Variance Board
meeting help at A. Max Bacon City Hall in Council Chambers at 10:00 AM.

A. V26-012 Public Hearing - Variance Request - V26-012 - Reduce the northern side setback
from 15 feet to 0 feet - Land Lot 631 - 2881 Jonquil Drive - Jeff Carter
This request is to be tabled to the March 25, 2026 License and Variance Board Meeting.
Ward 2 Councilmember - Latonia P. Hines
Board Member Richard Garland made a motion to table item V26-012 to the March 25,
2026 License and Variance Board meeting; seconded by Board Member Andrea Worthy.
The motion to table carried with the following vote:
Aye: 3 – Chairperson Jones, Vice Chair Garland, Board Member Worthy
Nay: 0 – None
Recuse: 0 – None
