 A. ATH2025-139 Approval of the FY 2025 year end budget amendment. 
Citywide 
 
Mike L. Jones, City Administrator, explained that this is done every year as part of the 
annual “housekeeping” to get ready for the annual audit.   
 
Councilmember Charles Welch made a motion to approve item ATH2025-139; 
seconded by Councilmember Susan Wilkinson. 
 
The motion to approve carried with the following vote: 
 
Aye: 5 –  Councilmember Hines, Councilmember Welch, Councilmember 
Wilkinson, Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Gould, Councilmember 
Oglesby  
Nay: 0 –  None 
Absent: 2 –  Councilmember Pickens, Councilmember Lindley 
 
 B. ATH2025-141 Approval to purchase a Pierce 107' Ascendant Enforcer Aerial Fire 
Truck in the amount of $1,555,860.51 to be purchased from Ten-8 Fire and Safety 
(1591 Collier Rd. Forsyth, Ga.) using the NPPgov cooperative contract, funded by the 
Vehicle Replacement Fund, and allow finance to amend the budget appropriately and 
authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents. 
Citywide 
 
Mike L. Jones, City Administrator, explained that this item was part of the adopted 
FY26 budget.  
 
Councilmember Welch commended the Fire Department on the work they do.   
 
Councilmember Latonia P. Hines made a motion to approve item ATH2025-141; 
seconded by Councilmember Rickey N. Oglesby Jr. 
 
The motion to approve carried with the following vote: 
 
Aye: 5 –  Councilmember Hines, Councilmember Welch, Councilmember 
Wilkinson, Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Gould, Councilmember 
Oglesby  
Nay: 0 –  None 
Absent: 2 –  Councilmember Pickens, Councilmember Lindley 
 
 C. ATH2025-146 Authorization for the approval to reclassify the two current part-time 
Customer Service Receptionists to one full-time Customer Service Receptionist at the 
Aline Wolfe Active Adult Center and Pool and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute 
all related documents.

Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Tim Gould made a motion to approve item ATH2025-
146; seconded by Councilmember Latonia P. Hines.
