PARKS AND RECREATION Registration is now open for Smyrna’s Girl’s Night Out! Gather your girlfriends and enjoy an evening of fun on November 13 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The first 75 women (21+) to register will receive a swag bag filled with coupons, Parks & Recreation goodies, and a complimentary wine tumbler and tote bag. GIRL’S NIGHT OUT ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES Also on Saturday, 14 Adopt-a-Mile groups took to their designated roadways to collect litter as part of their ongoing commitment to keeping Smyrna clean (several additional groups have completed or will soon complete their cleanups on alternate dates). While final numbers are still being tallied, we know that these dedicated volunteers play a vital role in the Keep Smyrna Beautiful litter abatement efforts. Each year, the program removes more than 6,000 pounds of litter from Smyrna’s roadways. Stay tuned for the 2025 totals! ADOPT-A-MILE Did you know you can drop off wearable clothing, including shoes, at the Smyrna Recycling Center?
