Description: The Contract Documents are hereby amended to include the additional Work resulting from the modifications contained within the RFI #037 response as issued by CROY
Engineering/SEOR on 5/13/2026. The Work indicated by this RFI is outside of the current scope of the Work and constitutes a change. This CE is created for added cost of
added lintels to openings & masonry demolition & re-work. CE originates from 5/8 Site Walk with SEOR, in which it was identified that there was a structural issue at Storefront
locations where block installed to columns. RY , SEOR discussed installing 2-4” lintels on both sides of the openings, which was then documented in the RFI #037 question.
With the information discussed onsite, RY continued to install CMU until RFI response was received on 5/13 (calling for a "T" angle) resulting in the need to remove existing
CMU that had already been installed prior to RFI response issuance. RY did not continue install of original scope after RFI response was received. The RFI response consists
of (1) Bulletin Sketch from SHEAR and includes the additional Work described above.

Reeves Young, LLC reserves its' right to an equitable adjustment to the schedule and General Conditions required for the schedule impacts related to the scope of work
identified in this change order, but not known at this time until final commitments of fabrication and delivery are committed by Subcontractor(s). Should additional funds and time
be required to complete the project, Reeves Young reserves our right to increase our General Conditions, General Requirements, Fee, Overhead, Bond, and Insurance costs
for the additional funds required to complete the project. Reeves Young, LLC and the City of Smyrna ("Owner") agree to work together with due diligence to determine the
adjustment due Reeves Young. By executing this Change Event, Ownership agrees that additional cost shall be Submitted by Reeves Young, LLC in a future Owner Change
Order and/or Invoice to Owner. Owner agrees to Pay Reeves Young, LLC the total amount of the Owner Change Order and/or Invoice which includes Reeves Young, LLC's Fee
and Insurance.
