Description: This Change Event #051 is created to capture costs of electrical work required to bring power to Portable Restroom at T ennis Courts. This Work is outside of the current scope
of the Work and constitutes a change. CE is comprised of costs for time/labor, material, and equipment needed to install 750' of SO cord from site panel to Portable Restroom
(provided by City), as well as all other components required for a complete installation. CE originates from multiple conversations with CROY/City in OAC Meetings, in which it
was determined that while Restroom Building is under construction, City was to provide Portable Restrooms available for use to residents at the T ennis Court area. RY was to
bring power to T emporary Restrooms and ensure operation of the facility. This change is necessary in order to make T emporary Restroom Facility functional.

Reeves Young, LLC reserves its' right to an equitable adjustment to the schedule and General Conditions required for the schedule impacts related to the scope of work
identified in this change order, but not known at this time until final commitments of fabrication and delivery are committed by Subcontractor(s). Should additional funds and time
be required to complete the project, Reeves Young reserves our right to increase our General Conditions, General Requirements, Fee, Overhead, Bond, and Insurance costs
for the additional funds required to complete the project. Reeves Young, LLC and the City of Smyrna ("Owner") agree to work together with due diligence to determine the
adjustment due Reeves Young. By executing this Change Event, Ownership agrees that additional cost shall be Submitted by Reeves Young, LLC in a future Owner Change
Order and/or Invoice to Owner. Owner agrees to Pay Reeves Young, LLC the total amount of the Owner Change Order and/or Invoice which includes Reeves Young, LLC's Fee
and Insurance.
