Oglesby Jr. ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: Application was made for privilege license – New Request for Reformation Brewery, LLC, DBA Reformation Brewery – Adding Wine/Winery - Existing Beer/Brewery (Manufacturer - Sunday Sales) with Bryan Spencer Nix as the agent applicant. Bryan Spencer Nix will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at 6255 River View RD SE Ste 200, Smyrna, GA 30126. The applicant has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage ordinances and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop. A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude issuance of this license. Mr. Nix has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
