Chairperson Joel Powell called to order the July 14, 2025 Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting held at A. Max Bacon City Hall in Council Chambers at 6:00 PM.

A. Z25-007 Public Hearing - Zoning Request - Z25-007 - Allow rezoning from OI to MU-
Conditional for a mixed-use development with 250 multi-family units and 2,500 sq. ft. of retail -
6.73 acres - Land Lot 681 & 688 - 0 Highlands Pkwy - WP South Acquisitions LLC.
This item will be tables to the August 11, 2025 Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting at the request of the applicant.
Ward 7 Councilmember - Rickey N. Oglesby Jr.
Board Member Charles Phillips made a motion to table item Z25-007; seconded by Board
Member Michael Seagraves.
The motion to table carried with the following vote:

Board Member Gordon-Evans, Board Member Seagraves
