Mrs. Crowe stated that only the shed and existing driveway are done, but nothing else has begun. Ensen Ambriz – applicant, owner – Has been living in this location for for two years. Board Member Worthy wanted to clarify for the applicant that the concrete that is presently there could be damaged should the City need to access anything, and it would not be returned to its original style. Mr. Ambriz stated he understood. He also stated that he understands and agrees to the four stipulations read into record. A public hearing was called, and no one came forward in favor of or in opposition to this item. Board Member Andrea Worthy made a motion to approve V25-120; seconded by Board Member Eric Mohrmann.
