ATH2026-043 Accept a right of way deed conveying 2,286 square feet of land to extend a portion of the Smyrna Hill right-of-way at 790 Smyrna Hill Drive. The time allotted for each speaker is as follows: Public Comment - Three (3) Minutes 12. Public Comment - Lisa Lewis - 1220 Church Street and 2924 Davis – spoke about someone on Reed Street not wanting her cars parked at her home. She spoke about fire truck access which she believes is ample. There is now a No Parking sign on her road and does not know who placed the sign there. She has pictures and spoke about people knocking on her door late at night telling her to move her car. There is only enough room for three cars to park when there are six residences there. She also spoke about aging in place areas. - John Terry - 3269 Concord Circle – read the following statement aloud which was submitted to the City Clerk: Mr. Mayor, City Council, Smyrna neighbors, thank you for your time. My name is John Terry and my wife and I have lived in Smyrna for 7 years. I teach high school world history and am the proud parent of Smyrna's sweetest two-year- old, with all due respect.
