Mayor Pro Tem Tim Gould called to order the May 5, 2025 Pre-Council meeting held at A .Max
Bacon City Hall in the Admin Conference Room at 6:35 PM.

PRE2025-016 Review of the May 5, 2025 Mayor and Council Meeting Notice and Agenda
Mayor Pro Tem Tim Gould reviewed the Mayor and Council agenda with council
members.
ATH2025-081: Councilmember Lindley asked about signage and notification to residents
about the road closures for StillFire Brewery. Richard Garland stated that Paul Osburn
had talked to them today and should be providing an update soon.
ATH2025-083: Pertaining to the Smyrna Market road closures, Councilmember Lindley
asked that when a final decision is made with the HOA and businesses in the Market
Village about closing W. Spring Street, he wants to readdress this issue for closing the
