2. Call to Order
Mayor Derek Norton called to order the October 6, 2025 Mayor and Council meeting held
at A. Max Bacon City Hall in Council Chambers at 7:00 PM.
3. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance
A. Pastor Kim Gramling, Life Church Assembly of God (4100 King Springs Rd)
4. Agenda Changes
A. 2025-365 Addition to Formal Business for the appointment of a new License and
Variance Board member.
Citywide
Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Tim Gould made a motion to approve item 2025-365;
seconded by Councilmember Latonia P. Hines.
The motion to approve carried with the following vote:
