RES2025-012 Adopt a Bond Resolution, RES2025-012, authorizing the issuance of Economic Development Revenue Bonds, federally taxable series 2025 in the original amount of $11,335,000.00 and approve the Bond Purchase Agreement, Bond Form, Intergovernmental Economic Development Agreement, Assignment and Security Agreement and Bond Placement Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents. Ward 6 Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember – Tim Gould Mike Jones, City Administrator, provided the following background: The City previously approved a letter of intent and the issuance of bonds for the purchase of the property formally occupied by Emory. We need to amend the language in the agreements and resolution. The DDA approved this same item on June 4, 2025.
