2. Call to Order
Mayor Derek Norton called to order the February 3, 2025 Pre-Council Meeting held at A. Max
Bacon City Hall in the Admin Conference Room at 6:26 PM.

PRE2025-006 Review of the February 3, 2025 Mayor and Council Meeting Notice and Agenda
Mayor Norton reviewed the February 3, 2025 Mayor and Council meeting agenda.
ATH2025-026: In order to allow the businesses to reassess their electrical situation, this
item will be tabled until the March 3m 2025 Mayor and Council meeting.
ATH2025-031: Councilmember Welch asked for clarification on how money was being
moved around. Kristin Robinson, Deputy City Administrator, explained that there were
several projects that have been completed that had remaining balances that are being
moved to fund other projects.
