Ward 5 Councilmember - Susan Wilkinson ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: This is a request based on the need for the private developer of 4 new home lots located at 0 Belmont Circle permit number (LDP-25-30) to install four new sewer taps for each parcel. The request is based on the need due to the depth of the existing sewer main and safety concerns that will be created as part of the installation. The requested length of the closure is based on the necessary need to be able properly and safely install the new infrastructure. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works recommends approval of the proposed request.
