decrease light pollution, and they will work with their landscape architect to help with 
organization and design so landscaping is more beautiful. The hours of operation will be 
standard from 7:00 AM – 4:00 or 5:00 PM. They would make available, if allowed, in their 
tie-in to sewer to bring those lines to those properties on the south side of the residential 
area. He stated that the property owners agree to and understand the standard stipulation 
read into record. The property was acquired in 2006. It was noted that for garbage 
removal, they will make sure that it is done during proper times and not in the middle of 
the night. 
  
*Ms. Crowe stated that the elevations Mr. Landers presented during his explanation were 
not the same as the elevations submitted as part of the original variance application. She 
asked if he would like to submit the new elevations to the board for consideration. Mr. 
Landers submitted the adjusted elevations. Chairperson Jones stated that any revisions 
that take place after today to the elevations will need to be approved, and Ms. Crowe 
further explained that if there are substantial changes, they would be required to come 
before the License and Variance Board. Mr. Landers stated that the color may change to 
reflect more earth tones so it is more appealing to residents.  
  
Chairperson Jones asked for clarification about the buffer. Ms. Crowe stated that it is 
currently a forested parcel, and the 10-foot landscape buffer on both the north and south 
sides will have a newly planted buffer.   
  
A public hearing was called for items V26-015 and V26-034. The following individuals
