2. Call to Order
Sitting Chair / Councilmember Travis Lindley called to order the September 22, 2025 Pre-Council
Meeting held at A. Max Bacon City Hall in the Admin Conference Room at 6:30 PM.
3. Review of Current M&C Agenda
PRE2025-032 Review of the September 22, 2025 Mayor and Council Meeting Notice and Agenda
Sitting Chair / Councilmember Travis Lindley reviewed the September 22, 2025 Mayor and Council
agenda. There was no discussion.
4. Other Business / Staff Comment
Councilmember Oglesby spoke about the Smyrna Public Art Committee coasters with a QR code
that will be handed out at some local restaurants and bars for people to take a survey about
public art.
Councilmember Wilkinson spoke about a personal matter pertaining to her appointee on the
Planning and Zoning Commission.
Councilmember Welch inquired about a rumor involving the City of Mableton and annexations.
No one was aware of the information related to that rumor.
Councilmember Hines reminded all about the Hispanic Heritage Celebration this Sunday.
