Ward 3 Councilmember - Travis Lindley ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: RFP 25-026 Architectural Design and On-Call Services was awarded to several firms on the September 22,2025 Mayor and Council Agenda. City Staff went through a design process with several of the vendors approved under that agenda item for the design project for 1088 Concord Road, and Croft and Associates, Inc. was the firm selected by City Staff. This agreement will assist the City with getting a contractor selected through our procurement processes and assist staff with Project Management services. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Staff recommends approval of the proposed agreement with Croft & Associates, Inc. (3380 Blue Springs Road, Kennesaw, Ga. 30144) for architecture and engineering services for the 1088 Concord Renovation project in an amount not to exceed $306,825.
